Barre Intensity combines strength, ballet, and pilates exercises to tone and sculpt the body, all in 55 minutes. This fun and energetic class focuses largely on the gluteus, thigh and abdominal/oblique muscles. Divided into three parts, each section is followed by stretching to improve flexibility and create long lean muscles. This is a relatively fast-paced workout, set to an up-tempo musical soundtrack. Your instructor will offer modifications to the exercises during class, making it appropriate for all fitness levels and personalizing your experience.
